The single-aisle workhorse — A320 family, 737NG and MAX.

For most operators below 50 aircraft, narrowbody selection drives a decade of P&L. We work both Airbus and Boeing books, pre-screen feedstock against your operating profile (utilisation, sector length, hot-and-high requirements), and lay out the trade-offs honestly.

Long-haul widebodies and the freighters that move the world.

The A330ceo remains a strong cash cow on mid-haul leisure and on conversion. The A330neo and 787 trade higher capex for materially better fuel burn on full-service routes. On the cargo side, the 767F dominates mid-size, the 777F leads the long-haul main-deck, and the 737-800BCF/SF is the narrowbody freighter of choice.

Commercial Terms

The clauses that protect your capital.

An Aircraft Purchase Agreement is not a generic SPA. The technical schedules are where money is won and lost — and where we negotiate hardest.

Delivery condition

Half-life vs full-life, engine performance margin (EGT, fuel-flow), minimum cycles on critical LLPs, paint and interior condition, cabin configuration freeze.

Return condition (when leased)

Mid-life vs end-of-lease return matrix, monetary adjustments per engine/APU/gear/LLPs, records package definition, ferry condition.

Escrow & payment

Refundable vs non-refundable deposit triggers, payment milestones tied to technical acceptance, escrow agent selection, currency and tax handling.

Technical acceptance

Acceptance flight protocol, snag rectification window, defect-list discharge process, post-delivery warranty bridge.

Registration

Export CofA, deregistration certificate, ARC, radio licence, new registration marks, ferry permit — sequenced against payment.

Risk allocation
