AOG Workflow
A structured AOG case is a logistics problem with a documented owner on each step. Here is how ours runs.
Part-number confirmation, CMM applicability, options sheet (outright / exchange / lease) priced and sent.
Supplier pulls unit, paperwork confirmed (Form 1, 8130-3 or dual release), freight slot booked.
Belly-cargo on next scheduled flight or dedicated freight from VIE, customs documentation pre-aligned.
Two-day debrief, exchange-unit return handled, lessons fed into the next case.

04 · Certification
The release certificate is the legal anchor that links the part to an approved organisation, a defined work scope, and a moment in time. Block 12 wording, mod status, serial-number match and the issuing approval reference matter more than most buyers realise.
Pool & Exchange
For mid-size operators, pooling and exchange agreements bridge the gap between capital-heavy owned inventory and expensive transactional AOG supply.
01
Defined fleet, defined unit pool, response-time SLA, fixed or utilisation-based fee. Best fit for high-value, high-failure rotables.
02
Send the unserviceable unit, receive a serviceable unit, settle the repair difference. Protects cashflow and inventory carrying cost.
03
When the operator already holds the same part-number on the shelf or the long-term residual value is attractive. We are transparent on the maths.
